my player for the xbox 360 has been permanantly poisoned and i can find a way to heal it. i got poisoned by a chokeberry and the duration has already reached 0 but the poison effect won't stop. the effect timer is at 0 but i'm still taking damage. i tried casting heal poison spells and using potions but nothing works. will this patch help me?!?!?!!?

sorry about my last message there are typos
when i run oblivion on my pc it makes me use very low on settings and is laggy. when i run it on high it is more laggy. how can i fix the game or my pc so it isnt laggy and i can run it on high or ultra high
